    guide you every step of the way, but can't do it for you. Our team is here to work with you, but not for you. Lynn, one of our
    master distributors, has always said, "You're in business for yourself buy not by yourself." Your sponsor's job is to help you
    become independent from him/her as quickly as possible. As with all of us, there are ups and downs as you build your
    business. This is so true! it's like that with everyone. You'll have days that make you wonder why in the heck am I doing this.
    You'll have days that confirms your why, its the greatest feeling EVER!  Your sponsor will know you're in one of those bad
    times when you aren't calling him/her, you aren't showing up for meetings, you aren't on the team calls, if your sponsor starts  
    hearing excuses, things like that. You'll need to talk to your sponsor after reading this. He/She will need to know how you    
    want them to handle that, because its going to happen. Your sponsor or upline will need to know if they should leave you alone
    or if you want them to be persistent and remind you why you made the decision in the first place. Remember, self-doubt
    happens to all of us. You can do this!
4. What training books will you need? If you have the time to read thats great, or if you like auto books these are the ones to

5. You and your sponsor will need to get together by phone or in person and review your Isagenix back office and how
    it works. We have an amazing company, and their training tools are out of this world.
